We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours shown on screen may vary from the actual product due to differences in displays, lighting and manufacturing batches. Where colour is important, we recommend requesting a physical sample before ordering.
Product measurements and specifications should be checked before purchase and installation.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Your order is subject to acceptance and product availability. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, payment issues or where a product is unavailable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied when ordering are accurate and that somebody is available to receive the goods where required.
Some cladding products are large, heavy or oversized. Customers are responsible for ensuring there is suitable access to the delivery address and appropriate assistance available to safely receive and move the goods where necessary.
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify us promptly if any products are damaged, missing or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please provide your order number together with photographs of the product, packaging and any visible damage.
Please do not install, cut, alter or use a product that you believe is damaged or incorrect before contacting us, as doing so may affect our ability to investigate the issue.
Cancellations & Returns
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances of your purchase and whether you are purchasing as a consumer or on behalf of a business.
Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for certain online purchases. These rights may not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, personalised or otherwise covered by a statutory exemption.

Installation & Use
Customers are responsible for checking that products are suitable for their intended application before installation.
Products should be stored, prepared, installed, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s guidance.
Where appropriate, installation should be carried out by a suitably competent person.
We recommend checking all products for colour, condition, quantity and suitability before cutting or installation begins.
We cannot accept responsibility for installation costs or other losses resulting from products being incorrectly installed or used, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Samples & Colour Matching
Samples are provided to help you assess the general colour, finish and appearance of a product.
Minor variations may occur between samples, production batches and finished products. Digital images and downloadable colour charts should therefore be treated as a guide only.
Where products are being used together within the same installation, we recommend ordering the required quantity at the same time where possible.

The content of this website is provided for general information and purchasing purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website without notice.
